Therapy is an important relationship, a journey of discovery, and an opportunity to grow through support and increased awareness.  

Many of us have habits and feelings that we don’t seem to have control over, and that hold us back. We may even have an acute awareness of ourselves yet we end up in these constant negative habitual cycles.  Therapy aims to provide support for you in your current life circumstances, explore the ways in which your past may affect your present, and provide new tools and methods for thriving in life. Therapy is a chance to reconsider our assumptions about ourselves and the world, and re-connect with our feelings.

 

I provide a safe and non-judgmental space, and believe in letting our developing relationship guide us to the route to recovery.  My aim is to help you to connect with your innate ability to innovate, and make changes in your life. 

 

I offer a range of different creative methods to suit you and regularly encourage body awareness and mindfulness as a method of working.  Engaging creatively is proven to increase resourcefulness, enhance communication, decrease negative repetitive patterns of behaviour and contribute to well-being.

I work with adults.

 

Location: Hackney, London.

 

Sessions last for 50 mins and take place at the same time each week.

 

Cost: £70 per session​
